Introduction

       Established in February of 1985, New Sino-French Polymer Materials Co. , Ltd (Stock Code: 836931, Stock Abbreviation: New Sino-French) set up a wholly-owned subsidiary company, named Zhejiang Sino-French New Materials Co. , Ltd.With more than 67000 m2 of area, the company is specialized in the production and sales of powder coatings and polyester resin used for powder coatings. With more than 60000MT annual capacity of polyester resin and 5000MT annual capacity of powder coatings,in 1986  the company  introduce the production technology of powder coatings and polyester resin and now has been developed into a high-tech integrated enterprise. Owned advance R&D center of powder coatings and polyester resin, over all the country offices and perfect sales network, the company products are sold worldwide.

      From the establishment up to present, the company has successively introduced the production equipments, test instruments and process technology from different countries, such as UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands etc. Especially, when other domestic enterprises in the same industry are still using the manual control system of production process, New Sino-French has already invested the capital and developed DCS Automatic Control System through the joint efforts of technical personnel. With the use of DCS Automatic Control System, the company is strict in controlling technical conditions and process during polyester production so as to stabilize the polyester quality.  The product’s quality has been reached the level of the well-known companies abroad, and enjoys a high reputation in the customers.

     

The registered brand of the produced saturated polyester resin is Queli. The saturated polyester resins have two kinds (hybrid system & pure system) and more than twenty varieties, which can fully satisfy powder factories’demands on diversified performances, various proportioning and multi glosses. The produced powder coatings have been widely used for household appliances, furniture, cars, automatic control, road facilities, fire-fighting equipment, entertainment facilities, architectural profiles and other industries. The Queli brand series of products have been sold all over the country and exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and other countries and regions. With its excellent cost performance, our products are popular among users. Since 2004, the Queli brand saturated polyester resin’s sales have been continuously ranked in the front for many years in the industry.

  • 2016年4月

    New Sino-French Polymer Materials Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 836931, Stock Abbreviation: New Sino-French) has been successfully listed on “new third board” (new OTC market).

  • 2015年6月

    In June 2015，Hangzhou Sino-French Industrial Co., Ltd.changed its name into New Sino-French Polymer Materials Co.,ltd.

  • 2013年10月

    In October 2013,a wholly-owned subsidiary named Zhejiang Sino-French New Materials Co., Ltd. Went into operation. 

  • 2010年6月

    In June 2010,the company set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Anji: Zhejiang Sino-French New Materials Co.,Ltd.(the project with 60000 tons of polyester resin and 5000 tons of powder coating)

  • 2009年7月

    In July 2009, the company made the stock system reform, and Hangzhou Sino-French Chemical Co., Ltd was renamed as Hangzhou Sino-French Industrial Co., Ltd with the registered capital of CNY58000000. Hangzhou  Industrial Assets Management Investment Group  Co., Ltd held 85%; the company’s management layer held 15%.

  • 2006年1月

    In Jan. 2006,the joint venture was terminated. Akzo Nobel Coating International Business Co., Ltd transferred 25% stock equity to Hangzhou Industrial Assets Management Co., Ltd and the company’s management layer.  After transfer, Hangzhou Industrial Assets Management Co., Ltd (the control shareholder) held 85%; the management layer of Hangzhou Sino-French Chemical Co., Ltd held 15%.

  • 1999年12月

    In Dec.1999, the stock equity was adjusted. Akzo Nobel Coating International Business Co., Ltd  transferred 35% of stock equity to Hangzhou Chemical Holding (Group) Co.,Ltd. After transfer, the capital structure was as: Hangzhou Chemical Holding (Group)Co., Ltd (the control shareholder) held 65%; Akzo Nobel Coating International Business Co., Ltd held 25%; Zhejiang Branch of the bank of China held 10%.

  • 1995年12月

    In Dec.1995, Akzo Nobel Powder Coating (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd was established with the registered capital of 3.65 million US dollars. The capital structure was as: Akzo Nobel Coating International Business Co., Ltd (the control shareholder) held  60%; Hangzhou Paint Factory held 30%; Hangzhou Trust Consulting Company of the bank of China held 10%.

    In Jan.1987, the  resin production line  from overseas was put into production with the capacity of 1500 tons.



  • 1986年2月

    In Feb.1986, the powder coating production line  from overseas was put into production with the capacity of 1000 tons.

  • 1985年2月

    In Feb. 1985, Hangzhou Sino-French Chemical Co., Ltd was established with the registered capital of 1.45 million US dollars. The capital structure was as: Hangzhou Special Paint Factory (the control shareholder) held 55%; Hangzhou Internationl Trust Consulting Company of the bank of China held 20%; France TOTAL CDF Carbonization Company held 25%.

 

Responsibility

         New Sino-French always regards low carbon and environment protection as an important part of its sustainable development for the purpose of making its high-tech and environment-protection career harmoniously coexist with human beings, and creating benefits for its staff members and the coming generations.  

         In terms of the production of products, powder coatings and saturated polyester resin manufactured by New Sino-French are representatives for environment-friendly coatings, and can be referred as green product with high efficiency, saving energy & resources and low pollution. 

             In terms of production process, the company is strict in controlling environmental pollution through implementing three major environment quality standards and five major emission standards. 

             In terms of waste water discharge, waste water discharged from each ton of polyester product after processing is only 0.881 ton averagely. COD content in waste water has decreased from 10000mg/L to 60mg/L, largely lower than national standards for waste water discharge.

             In terms of waste gas emission, waste gas will be qualified for emission after 2-3 filtration, and dust recovery rate can reach 99% under the most ideal situation. 

              New Sino-French will make full use of science and technology to protect environment. Through applying new technology and equipment that will not generate or generate little pollution, the goal of reducing the impact of relevant project on environment to the minimum level or generating no pollutant in the environment will thus be basically realized. Eventually, New Sino-French has improved relevant environment-protection standards for domestic coating industry to a new level, presenting everybody a comfortable, clean and happy family without pollution.
